Cardiac rehabilitation is made up of a series of personalized, prescriptive activities related to critical functions of heart health, such as exercise, education, dieting and lifestyle modification. The goal is to help you restore and maintain optimal health while helping to reduce the risk of future heart problems.

Pelvic Rehabilitation
Found at the base of the pelvis, the pelvic floor has a variety of dysfunctions that cause pain and other problems with the bladder, the bowel or sexual function. Problems can also develop during pregnancy from changes to the growing belly, an increase in hormones and changes in posture and cause various pain syndromes, muscle dysfunction and malalignments. Pelvic rehabilitation can help with these disorders by reducing pain, improving function and returning the patient to their daily activities.

Sports Medicine Rehabilitation
Sports medicine rehabilitation is the treatment and prevention of injuries related to sports and exercise. Therapists with training in sports and exercise provide individualized treatment plans to regain range of motion, flexibility, strength, balance, control, endurance and power. Treatment in our sports medicine clinic provides a path between injury and return to play for recreational or competitive athletes with the goal of enhancing sports performance.

Vascular Rehabilitation
Vascular rehabilitation is a specialized exercise program that is medically supervised by a team of cardiovascular nurses, exercise physiologists and other personnel. Vascular rehabilitation is conducted in a hospital outpatient setting by qualified personnel who are trained in exercise therapy for peripheral artery disease (PAD).
